Princeton has a lot to offer for being just a city in New Jersey, apart from centuries of history that trail it, it also features several well established hotels to camp in, theme parks, parks, museums and safaris to visit among others. Several aesthetic parks reside in the city, some of them converted from the spoils of war, these parks offer plenty to see like wildlife and greenery and plenty of activities to indulge in like ice skating, picnicking, and birding.   1. Marquand Park
    Marquand Park features an elegant 17 acre space situated in western Princeton. The park covers tons of greenery featuring over 200 species of plants and has plenty of walking space with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The origins of this park date back to the 19th century when a professor of the University of Princeton purchased the land area. There are also a few animals which make the atmosphere more natural and lively, squirells and woodpeckers are some of the animals that frequent the Marquand Park.

  2. Community Park North
    The Community Park is a whopping 70 acres and consists of plenty of space and bare ground. The vegetation is divided interestingly with a part of it in rich, natural green and the other with the color of the innumerable pine trees present in the thus at a glance forms a splendid scenery. It also consists of a pond and stream which houses several types of fish which appeal to the fisherman in the vicinity of the park.
